Banana ice cream

Components:
• 370 ml Isola Bio rice-coconut drink
• 2 large BIO bananas
• 40 g of powdered sugar
• 100 g 70% dark chocolate BIO
• 1 tablespoon of organic corn oil
• coconut flakes

Preparation:
Mix peeled bananas with powdered sugar and a coconut-rice drink until you get a smooth and homogeneous smoothie. Move it immediately to ice cream molds and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
Melt chocolate in a water bath, add oil and mix well until they combine. Let it cool a little.
Pour into a bowl of coconut chips.
Prepare a tray covered with parchment paper.
Take out the ice cream and dip the tip first in chocolate and then in the coconut.
Place them on a tray and put them back in the freezer for about 10 minutes until the chocolate becomes crispy.
